Discover Bursa, the former capital and silk trade hub of the Ottoman Empire, with a professionally licenced local English speaking guide on a shared day tour from Istanbul. Travel to Bursa to explore the famous attractions and to learn about the ancient Ottoman history. Marvel at the brilliance of the Green Mosque and learn about the city’s silk trade market during a visit to the Bursa Silk Market and the Koza Han building.

Pick up from your hotel. Departure from Istanbul to ferry-boat at Eskihisar. Enjoying the lovely country and seaside. Drive to Bursa, former Ottoman Capital. Opportunity to see local products of the region like ches nut, honey, olive oil, Turkish delight and outlet center. Climb to the mountain for barbecue lunch, free time for Atv safari or ski motor and skiing. Visit Ulucami ( Grand Mosque), the old silk market in the Covered Bazaar. Late evening return to Istanbul and transfer to the hotel. Not: The cable car (teleferik) cannot be operated due the weather conditions, If you want skiing, you should take a minibus from restaurant to ski lopes, transportation and ski equipment are not inc.

The mosque was built by one of the famous architect Hacı Ivaz Pasha. The mosque requested to built by Ottoman Sultan Celebi Mehmet. It was built between 1415 and 1419 in Bursa, Turkey. The ornamentations and handworks were made by great painters Haci Ali and Ilyas Ali. Also, this spectacular mosque was furnished by the grand artist Mehmet Mecnun.
